Hi all, need help on what size wheels I need for me golf as the ones I already had were touching the suspension 15", next set I got are just catching the brake carrier and think already have cut into the alloys these are 16". Now I want to get some once and for all where I can just put them on and thats it. Want to go for 15", so need to know the tyre size, ET and the 6J wot ever that is. Never understood all this on wheels. Pic of 16" below. Thanks in advance.

6J is 6" wide. ET is the difference between the flange face and the centre of the wheel. More ET in mm means the flange is closer to the outer side of the wheel so the inner side is closer to the strut
