    Big strap on Turbo into an ickle Polo.

    tacked up off the car (having been on and off the car dozens of times checking and fettling)

    deffo needs firm mounts and a snubber/damper of some sorts may be needed also.

    As much as possible is done in hardpipe. longest single piece of chargepipe I have made yet, lol.
    keeps joiners to a minimum.. eveyr join is a possible weakness/leak in service. just 4 joins in this lot and 2 hardpipes

    couple more.. final oil drain and coolant feeds..
    off the car again prior to sending to Zircotec for ceramic coating.

    What flavour of turbo is that? I guess T series 57Trim? [:s]

    It'd be a great motor that - Stealth Polo :thumbup:

    update.. back from zircotec now. pre-assembled to check and finish oil drain line before final build onto car when engine mounts come back this next coming week

    fair play to the owner for wanting such a nutty car and mucho repsect to bill for making it a reality :thumbup:

    Just a quick question if you don't mind.......why does the external wastegate piping (post wastegate side) join the downpipe where it does??
