Polo Gti

    Hi,

    I am looking at buying a polo GTi (2001) but was wondering what the fuel is like when I driving round town.

    My mk3 Golf is a bit thirsty for my short drive to work so was looking at a polo but I really like the gti but if it's just as bad on fuel it's not worth getting rid of the golf.

    Not too bad as they're a small fairly light car. Probably 25mpg around town and stop start driving and maybe high 30's on a run

    I have a Polo GtI and petrol is not too bad to be honest, i drive around quite a bit :)
