    lol thats because i carnt sort the spark and feul problem ,as now im woundering if i have the correct relays ,as the relays wer from a 97 vr6 and ive looked at a 95 vr6 and therey have differnert numbers on them so confuseing ,,

    Are you going to take all the mounts/fabbed up brackets back off again and get them powdercoated or zinc plated or something? Otherwise they will just rust right?

    finaly after a decent week of novis wireing stress ive cracked it ,,we have spark ,fuel pump working ,injectors,etc ,after re changeing the total fusebox ,i found the prob

    this **** the single red/yellow wire

    awaiting ht leads and hoses now ,,getting there ,,for a trail start up

    yearh dam thing lol ,,i will when the ht lead arrive from usa ,,so ive orderd some from gsf ,,may have update monay ,,fingers crossed ,ps it will be a trail start due to no centre pipe lol:thumbup:

    finaly got all the engine conversion sorted and just added the bonnet and yep it shuts and clears nicely ,, then added a cooling fan too

    then i thought id beter make a start on fitting all the wireing and dash ,,erm were do i start ,,

    thanks guys for replys ,if all the bits and bobs had been there id could have sorted it all in a month ,as i now know there not over hard ,,,but still ,its fun ,and the guys over the moon ,especaily when i told him ,(we have a spark //lmao ,...massive high pitch screams ,,found out later he was in the chippy lol)
    got it chipped to 200 ,so should be fun on 15inch rims ,,just awaiting some differnert hubs as the g60 fit but have the wrong bolt holes as we need some 16v ones for the larger brake kit to bolt up ,,ill try get a engine video up too ,,if possible ,,many thanks guys ,,

    thanks ,,will thats just about all my resto ideas come to the end ,as i alwayswanted to do
    3 v dubs since watching herbi as a kid on tv ,and after watching mi dad do things ,i thought ill have a go ,lol mind did take a week to do a fiat regatta gearbox lol ,,
    so that the 300bhp t5 type1 beetle
    250bhp 3.0 splitty
    4wd caddy is on hold,
    vr6 polo

    cheers pal ,and finaly ive cracked it sorted the problem ,,,, and now revs fine and sounds spot on ,,heres a quick video,another homemade conversion under my belt.....
