Rear silencer

    A friend has just bought a stainless back box from an 8v. Will this fit his 16v or are the pipe sizes different?

    To the best of my knowledge they are not inter-changeable/the same.

    Oh dear! He might have to let me have it. It's a Peco, are they loud?

    I have no idea re: Peco exhaust loudness just that 8 will not go into 16.

    measure the bore size, 8v are 50mm 16v are 57mm
