I really like the look of these wheels, and when looking online most companies websites say yes, these will fit your mk2 golf gti. They are 16x8 et10. The reccomended tyres are either 195/45/16 or 205/40/16. Even vw heritage sell them. I cant see how they would not cause much arch rubbage on the front, as my current 195/50/15 et 35 wheels and tyres already rub. The car is lowered 40mm. Also 195 on 8 inch rim seems a bit optimistic for safety. Has anyone tried theese or similar size wheels. Its a lot of money to spend to find they dont work. Thanks for any help

Decided against these now, now looking at Japan racing jr18 in 16x7 et35 with 195/45 16 tyres. Anyone with experience of these, fitment and quality wise?
