Hi made a few more if anyone is interested in one , have also changed the bolts to high tensile steel (12.9), going to rolled threads on them soon as that makes them even stronger , but no failures yet ( fingers crossed )

as soon as i can spare the dosh i would like one if poss bud? are you making them all the time now?

think my front mounts knackered anyway as my exhaust just wont stop blowing from round the manifold/ downpipe area, only really when pulling away or giving it big licks though so think the engine is rocking backwards too much, is this a sensible idea chaps??

 

also, whats the recommended 4 branch for mk2 8v gti fellas?

 

Recieved my new mount yesterday. Looks really nicely made, cant be making much of a profit on these!!

Car is now ready to recieve my newly rebuilt 6A and TSR/Milltek 4 branch.

 

where and how much for a tsr manifold?

Not doing that mk1 mount yet ,but have been looking at making them

 

Yeah i am gonna make the mk3 one, as i have a donor subframe and mount and mate has a mk3 so we can test it on that , once i have completed the shifters will get back to work on the mk3 item could be a few months tho

arrived today (well, yesterday but missed the delivery!) looks very nice, what torque settings do i want to be using when i bolt it all up?
