Anybody on here used spaturbo forged 16v rods? They have a video of a car using there rods doing an 8 second pass IE don't sell the abf rods no more Eurospec don't sell them no more I believe I can get scat rods
ZRP rods are good. TSR are the UK distributors. You can get them with ARP L19 bolts if you want something stronger than the ARP 2000's
Can someone clarify ahu diesel intermediate shaft is the same as the 2.0 16v abf intermediate shaft please Thanks
