Cool photo, Wez. Tell me how you got that - I've tried but never succeeded in getting a picture like that.
Little secret - it was light when I took the photo, the black was an accident. The photo was taken at about 6pm and I added a vignette in lightroom. I always open them up after in photoshop to tweak levels, colour and brightness and when I did that it auto corrected the background to black
Still a great picture, however you got it. Was at the Mansfield conservatory on the night you could see lots of planets, and even with a telescope, I had trouble getting a moon shot. The DSLR didn't like it at all and the only thing I got half decent was with my S95.
