Posting these here as I sent them to Uwe years ago but don't think they ever got shipped with the software. These are mine to post as I stuck them together.

Trawled thru WinELSA to stick them together so others with VAG-Com may as well get the benefit.

If there are updates or stuff I've missed then prob best to post

Looks good Al. Haven't got program on this machine. Where do you put them. Does it give better info on measuring blocks?

    Hi Russ
Just dump them in the 'VAG-Com\Labels\' folder.

If there's not a definition for a group value VAG-Com does a best guess based on the values it reads - Not sure how well it does as I've used these for the last 4 years and newer versions may be better - I only have 409-1.

Theres some stuff I need to add to the files regarding the Lambda integrator values; should be able to post it up tonight; Now posted.

I put these together such a long time ago I'm not sure what I used as an info source. This generates some concern for me as upon checking the service manual it appears there are several discrepanices with what I've posted above and what's stated in the service manual.

I'll check and update (if required) the 3.2 file as and when I get the chance, however as I no longer have an early MK3 16V I cannot validate the first file so please be aware some of it may be manure.

im dusting off my ABF. ive neglected it for the best part of 18 months.

it feels pretty awesome at the moment tbh and i was just looking up any data i could find on the digi3.2 and this came up on google.

with the labels vagcom will make a lot more sense as more of it just appears to repeat.

mine is not shutting the injectors on closed throttle so i assume its a vac issue, i need to keep working ont hat though

four refurbed injectors and a fuel pump later and its feeling far perkier. its got to be tip top for the 16v RR Shootout

i dont htink there is any 'memory' in the abf ecu as it doesn't have a permanent live feed

it remembers fault codes, even after the battery is disconnected so it must remember something.

without knowing the labels and there not being a lot of info on google about the measuring blocks i really couldnt tell what is being remembered or not

What did you measure in the adaptive terms to suggest you need a reset?

i dont even know if it keeps a long term trim, i only found the labels today, but it has been running utterly naff for ages, it has loads of new parts on there so i want to reset it.

on the mk4 if you clear the fault codes it clears the fuel trims, any idea if digi3.2 does the same?

Fuel trims actually come from rear lambda sensor ( which is not present in non OBD2 or EOBD vehicles). Adpatives, which is what this label file is calling "fuel trim" is for fuel mixure lambda control and integrates into +/- offsets due to errors in the intake charge such as leaks, purge and so on.
If you suspect your car is not running right or the adaptives have been offset significantly then you may have other issues.
Not something that you have to guess about really. Such hook up VAGCom and observe the measuring blocks.

Taking it through basic settings resets the trims
