The sump is coming off of my 2E block next week and I was considering a windage tray. It's only an 8v so is this over the top or a worth while investment? They arn't hugely more expensive than a decent rubber gasket (about 30 when a gasket is 15)

Worthwhile investment or waste of money for a road car? Car doesn't see the track but may in the future and has 'spirited' runs. Will the mk3 diesel one fit?

    Opinions appreciated.

Fxxx me, did I make a baffled sump??!! That must have been a while back lol.

As for the windage tray, no harm in fitting one, and only 23 off ebay(either tierod69 or lesbray, not quite sure)
