Zinc coating of flanges

    I'll be dropping off a crate of parts to be zinc yellow passivated.

    Is there any reason why I couldn't use this process on gearbox and rear differential flanges?

    If it's steel it'll plate ok :thumbup:

    Aluminium has to be anodised , plated via electrolysis,painted or powder coated iifc :thumbup:
