Do they? the Mk3 280mm hubs do but AFAIK the 288mm hubs are the same offset as the Mk4 288mm hubs.[/QUOTE]

Well the 288mm mk4 discs have a different offset between the hub face and friction surface of the disc compared to the mk 288mm. Whihc is whyif you fit 288mm Mk4 discs to a mk3 you still need a spacer between the caliper carrier and hub as you do when fitting 312mm discs, so therefore the the offset on the hub between the caliper mounitng holes and the hub face must be different between mk4s and mk3.

Will the standard pump provide enough fuel?

Im just about to start supercharging my KR engine in my corrado

The STD "fuel delivery" unit on the MK3 is fine for this type of application.
The KR one on the Corrado 16v is the same unit found on the MK2 Golf or "31"Chassis Passat can flow even more fuel than the MK3 at higher pressure. So you would be fine supercharging the KR'd Corrado with your STD pump left alone.

I hope so [:D]......To be honest, I dont know the size of the standard pump. I typically don't worry about the pump untill I am forced to should I not be able to get to my target Air Fuel Ratio during the mapping process (And I have already exhausted all other possibilities such as larger injectors and more fuel pressure etc etc). At this point it is easy enough to simply add another fuel pump to the system. This is exactly what I ended up doing on my golf when the standard digi 8v pump ran out of puff during mapping.

Id like to see how you progress with this, compare notes n stuff:p As (im assuming) your corrado is running Bosch K-Jet mechanical injection, I have found those pumps are more than capable of supplying enough fuel to support 300hp applications so you shouldn't have anything to worry about there.

In Addition Hari, Toyo's car provides a good example of what your STD pump is capable of!

The pump that car is fine would be fine as once you keep the nominal fuel pressure at 3 bar and 1 bar of boost on top. Based on what you want to build and the actual flow rate of the MK3 VR6/ABF pump I do not see a problem. This same pump is fitted to a Seat Ibiza which was done last year and on an eaton supercharger. I had no problem hitting > 11.9 AFRs at WOT 7000rpm and .8bar boost. Injector duty was 90% later reduced when the AFRs where leaned out under those conditions. This STD pump is also used on Mk3s with 1.8T conversions.

Cheers for the Info guys. At the rate im going at the moment the car won't be finished until the end of the year as im in my last year of uni and only have one day a week to work on the car.

Im sure im going to be pm'ing you and toyotec when im stuck

Somebody's offered me some Audi S2 pistons and rods. But i dont know weather to use them or 2 G60 Headgaskets?

Im also using a S2 Inlet manifold and fuel rail with 3.5bar fuel pressure regulator

    :) pm away!!!

If you can get the pistons and rods at a good price I would personally wouldn't turn them down. For the modest output that most 16v supercharger conversions offer though it may be far simpler/quicker to just go the two gasket route or leave the stock compression if you dont plan to run large boost.

Time for you to start a build thread me thinks!!

2 G60 gasket trick is easier and has been done many times before. 3B pistons better. S2 inlet system good too.
