Exhaust wrap on turbo manifolds/downpipes

    I've used jubilee's in the past. did the job ok. (stainless ones so they did'nt rust)

    I had my 16V manifold coated inside and outside with 4 layers of ceramic for 180 - from camcoat in warrington - its done 3 years racing now and looks liek new

    Also had a friend of mines turbo mani done - 650hp turbo motor - and its A1 he says

    glass wrap is total crap IMO

    I have used that silcon stuff on my wrapped 4 branch and various other things, I also painted my BBQ too. excellent paint not just for sealing wrap but any metal work that sees high temps, it leaves quite a good finish to.

    it makes the wrap stiffer, and is supposed to stop the wrap fraying and breaking up which i can believe, the ends feel like they have been hairsprayed... Its the only way i can descirbe it!!
