It does look fairly new, cheers shaz

Need to buy a few more bits for it at the end of the month. Have collected a few bits and pieces already

I was thinking the same about the blanking plate.

Maybe someone on uk-mkivs may know of anyone selling it over here ?

Just another quick question regarding the fueling.

If i were to use the digifant fuel pump (fairly new), with its original wiring, will the AGU Ecu be able to control it correctly ? My AGU loom will be made to fit the Mk2 fusebox btw.

    Cheers

ECU does not activate pump directly. This is done via the fuel pump relay. That should be done by who ever is making up the loom.
Digifant pump will needed to be binned.

You can use the mk4 pump in a mk3 tank if I remember right
And you can fit that to a mk2 golf

Ive heard of people using the standard 8v intank pump and under car pump on some conversions. I think anything over 230 will need a different pump used like the k-jet ect...

    1, from/to the rad
    2, from/to the heater matrix
3, should have a sensor for water temp
4, goes to the oil filter i think?
    5, to/from heater matrix?
6, will be fitting an oil catch tank to this.
7 and 8, waterhoses for the oil cooler
    9, to/from rad
    10, from header tank
    11, water feed from/to turbo?
    12, some sort of sensor
    13, another sensor
    14, yet another sensor
Sorry i'm not much help with the sensors, if you read the link earlier that i posted, it gives a good guide for the bits you are looking to hook up

    1 Rad top hose
    9 Rad bottom hose
    11 From expansion tank
12 and 13 are knock sensors
    14 is the camsensor.

Oil cooler lines fit to metal water line (barely seen under 1) and 06A121133J on 4. The hose shape should indicate who goes where.
