Mine was at 0.35% and the revs used to rise and fall at cold especially when at juncions!

Veeeeeery weak mixture - probably making a balls of your cold starting. Assuming you don't have a cat of course, which I imagine you don't. A dog doesn't make a difference, but cats or rabbit or anything..... Oh, nonononono.

Yeah I noticed I have to hold my foot down on the accelerator to start it properly sometimes.

Me thinks I'll get it set at 2% tomorrow at my local MOT station for a couple of quid! Just the 6mm allen key right??

My crankcase breather is vented to atmosphere so just set it at 2% then?? With or without the ISV connected??

    Cheers

Yep, just disconnect the red lead :) and make sure idle is correct (idle screw adjustment), set up C0, then re-connect red lead and you may have to re-set idle again!

i Was having problem with disconnecting ISV and it dies completely.

so maybe i should just adjust the CO to 2.0 with ISV plugged in

If it dies completely then wind out the idle screw so it idles high before dissconecting the ISV.

I'm surprised it runs at .19% CO do you have any exhaust blows?

The MOT tester said this was very good for an engine of this age.

And no exhaust blows as he would have failed the MOT on it ;)
