So i'm getting a GTI and i'm going to try and push it as hard as i can. I know it has a turbocharger already in it but i want to change it. Is there a way to either change the PSI from the boost or add another turbocharger to the engine?

I am guessing this is your first turbo car or first foray into modifying?
Your first step is a remap and new exhaust. its at 200ish now (probably less due to the US anal emmissions laws).
Depending on who you choose and what else you do could get you to 250ish.
google the companies doing off the shelf remaps first.
turbo changes are serious $$ and serious committment.
you will lose all warranty immediately, with a remap and exhaust you may keep it depending on who you choose
