I am getting a mk3 golf gti 2.0l 8v in may and already thinking of engine mods. I am not to technical but know bits and bobs. i was thinkin would a 1.8 8v gti head out of a mk2 fit and what performance gains will i be looking at if any?
The head'll fit, though it all depends on what injection system/car it's all going in. Check out the 2ltr conversion guide in the engine section.
