1.8 Turbo intake hose

I have the 1.8T APX engine in my scirocco and have been looking at getting silicon intake hose to replace the standard black rubber unit as i ahve ben told they are prone to collapsing under high boost?

Any1 got these? which ones are prefered? from looking the choices are APR, Samco, Forge.. any others?

well worth it i put one on mine an theres a noticable differance...they did say on standard leon(bam225) there was 5bhp increase...

i bought mine from SFS @ inters paid 87 but that was show price...norm around 110 area

i ended up going for the blue forge item. with VAT and shipping it came to 130.
