Hello, I have an AGU and i am having forged rods fitted. The company doing the work has quoted for labour, skimming the head and 'running in' but has not mentioned anything about me supplying new rings or having the bores done? Is presume this would be required or at least would be advisable to do? The chap is on holiday at the moment so i can't get hold of him. So far i have got on order Rifle Drilled Rods ACL Big End Bearings OE Oil Pump & Pick Up Pipe OEM Engine Gasket Set General Fluids & Service Items G60/VR6 Clutch/Flywheel Timing Belt & Pump Kit Any recommendation on ring brands if i need them done?
