i am running my ipod as a head unit, and run an rca to one amp. i have just come to wiring the new amp in and there is 2 sets of inputs going to it. so that means i have to power 3 sets of rcas off one lead. how will i do this? i have a few ideas, but havent got a lot of money.

1.wire 1 lead into 3. (there will only be a third of the overall power going to each amp. but will this be enough?)

2.buy a powered rca splitter.(dont know where they sell these and dont know how much one will cost)

    any suggestions will be helpful

Wont be a problem wiring one into 3, will work fine.

Does either of the amps not have a line output for daisy chaining, then you oculd use a normal y splitter from one amp to the other.

nope, there are three inputs, but no outputs.

surely wiring three into one will reduce the amount of input signal each amp will get down to 1/3, which will dencrease the clarity of the input signal etc.

your best bet is a line driver it will up the singnal and give you more outputs that what alot of lads use to power alot of amps with a high voltage preout
