    hi all,

got a set of dellorto dhla 45's on my 2.0 16v. its over fueling soo much that i cannot get it to start.

i know that the pump jets pump extra fuel on full throttle but can some 1 tell me how they should be set up? ?

is there anything else i should check? iv checked the floats and they are closing.

    Jason.

    p s PLEASE HELP!!

i dont know carbs that well but if you want to reduce you fuelling simply buy some smaller jets. they cost next to nothing about 2.50 each and are easily replaced. the other option is to try some easy start but not positive if it will have good affect other than initial start up! my problem was i didnt have complete compression, are you sure your engine is set up right?

cars running now, im so happy. valve timing was all to c*ck.

only problem is tho, that 1 barrell (on number 4 piston) is dripping fuel but number 3 is fine. could this be a stuck jet or something?

    Jason.
