Can someone with a MK3 Golf or a Mk2 G60 tell me teh tyre size of there space saver spare wheel please.

I assume that it is the same as a Mk2 14" one....... T105/70/R14 84M but obviously in 15".

    Cheers :)

yeah, can go on front as well.

is only a tempory wheel where ever its fitted, not supposed to go over 50 mph with it on etc.

Also, tyre size will matter. These tyres are special to a spacesaver, cant go putting any old tyre on it as it wont fit!!!

Ok just popped out and checked mine, now i have a 20th Anniversary GTI so this might be why i have a 16" spare space saver.

Any way the tyre size for mine is,

    T 125/70 R16 96M

Sorry its not what your looking for as you required the size of a 15" wheel but maybe you can guess more accurately now that you have the 14" and the 16" [:D]

    EDIT

So i would guess for a 15" space saver wheel it might be,

    T 115/70 R15

but i have no idea what the speed rating would be, but i would guess its still classed as 'M'.

    Great, thanks mate. [:D]

The speed rating probably isnt that important anyway, just wanted conformation of the size etc.

    Thanks for your help :)

Thanks for taking a look mate. :p

    I reckon it will be 115/70 R15" as the 14" is 105 and a 16" is 125!!

I'll try that size first anyway :)
