Does anyone know anything about mating an 1800 16v Mk2 lump to a suitable RWD gearbox, in particular one from a Sierra? Potential project question...
There are companies which will make pretty much anything fit but you need to ask yourself how much are you willing to spend?

Don't fancy the k-series, Zetec is a possibility. Gonna go measuring up at a scrappies soon! We're currently thinking twin cam Toyota lump out of an AE86 Corolla... Cos we know where we can get a decent motor for the right money! Edited by: DarrenW
