Hello, I'm currently trying to remove my injectors and inlet manifold, first time I ever tried anything like this. The first one came out OK after a fight. But the 2nd one went wrong. The bigger green seal stayed in and kept the end of the injector with it. Is it repairable or have I knackered them forever [emoji27]

The next one is doing the same... green seal not playing ball and stuck fast. Can't really get to it to cut it or anything. Any tips?

Well, got them out for what it's worth and assume the 'hats' (had time to educate myself via google) simply push back on?
