195/50/15s vs 195/40/16s ?

Does anyone know the actual diameters of these 2 tyres sizes? There can't be much difference, or are the 16s slightly taller?

Reason I ask is eventually I want to be running the 16s on my motor but my arches aren't rolled and I'm already getting a bit of rubbage with my 195/45s 15x7 rims, but the 16s will be the same offset (et25) and width (7"), it's just the diameter I'm worried about.

 

195/50/15s - 576mm
195/40/16s - 562mm

I really can't afford them to be honest but I've spotted these for sale somewhere



4x100 as well, so I was thinking of selling my 5x130 16s to fund them, but my bank balance is telling me not to buy any more wheels [:^(]
