Hi, i have a Seat 2L block with a mk2 gti head running k-jet. My oil light has just started to flicker especially at high revs. Its just a flickering and stops once you ease up. There is a mechanical oil gauge reading from the cylinder head which reads a steady 25psi at tick over and 50psi when driving so i'm not worried about oil pressure at the head. On the oil cooler there are 3 senders? One must be a temp sender. What are the other two for, high and low pressure sensors for the block? What i'm wondering is why is this light flickering? The oil pressure gauge reads the same as always, so do i need to panic? Or is it just senders on the oil filter playing up? What should I check first and can i drive the car? Cheers Orlando
