2003 polo 1.4 TDI torque settings

    Anyone know the torque settings for the various engine components on a 2003 polo 1.4 tdi (amf engine code) as i am in the process of rebuilding the engine back up? [:D]

    head bolts : 40NM -60 NM then 90' , then 90'
    Sump :30 NM
    Rocker : 10MN
    Inlet & Exhaust manifolds : 25 Nm
    camshaft pully centre : 120NM & 90'
    crank damper/pully 6mm Allens : 20 Nm
