Couldnt find a 2007 mk5 golf r32 timing chain marks .as most are showing the wrong version off vvt pulleys .
Engine code is bub...early models show 16pins or 8 links between the hydrolock pulleys...is this same for the 2007 ???
As the crank and oil pump sprocket alpines perfect (new chain kit) but the upper chain won't alpine as per diagram..

Has the IM shaft sprocket rotated during reassembly? Happened to me when installing the Schrick Camshafts. It should be 16/17 barells between the timing arrows on the VVT sprockets( depends how you count them) Have you fully retarded the exhaust VVT sprocket before installing the timing chain etc?
