    At 230hp, doesn't seem overly endowed with extra power, or styling imo.[:s]

    i guess its gota still be pitched somewhere between the reg gti and r32

    mk4 anni def better styling imo

    The mk4 anni (1.8T) only had 30 bhp over the standard GTi, so a similar hike with the mk5. Agree about the styling changes... or lack of!

    Not sure about those wheels, looks like somone has sprayed them themselves.

    What happened to fitting quality BBS rims on special golfs, like a set of BBS CH or LM?

    no real dif apart from the skirts and front spoiler . i have a rim painted black and it looks hard as nails on the car

    With 230hp might it be getting a tad close to the performance of an R32 given the extra weight it carries?

    According to Vortex, those arent the real rims. Hints are pointing towards a 19" BBS style wheel. Also, there is an electronic diff on the way to aid power delivery (from the extra 30bhp) and work in conjunction with all the other electrical gadgets. Sounds good to me!! [:D]
