48's on 2E mk3

    hi guys, quick question ....

    looking to make some changes to try a few things, basically i wanna know will i have enough room on a standard 2e engine to fit 48 DCOEs in the engine bay on my mk3???

    how tight will it be ????

    otherwise x-flow head it will have to be ......

    48's on a 2E might be overkill. You'll probably have to choke them down quite a bit unless you have a spec list the length of your arm. 48's are also more expensive than 40's/45's.
    As for space, not alot although definatly possible and has been done on quite a few cars. Main issue is heat from the exhaust manifold.
