91 1.3 Jetta should I break or sell?

I need to get rid of my old 1.3 jetta, should I break it or sell it?

A mate of a mate has offered me 100 for it, its got 90 spec kit, clear indicators, blue inpro repeaters, weber carb, Pipercross PX3000 filter, valver clocks, gti steering wheel, mk 3 stalks, 14" BBS RA's, Ai606 cat 1, cdl, engine and box are fine. what do you's think I should do with it?

I also have a 88 cl 1.6 engine with autobox, that I'm going to scrap, is the engine and box worth anything?

 

You'll get far more than 100 selling the bits...

 

Cheers, thats what I was thinking, whats the best way to get rid of the bits? CGTI Classifieds or Ebay?
