98 passat suspension arms

i have a 98 passat and have changed a lot of the suspension arms but need to change some more
i have seen a complete set on ebay from gsf for about 160 uero parts want 75 for one so was wondering if the gsf ones were of a decent quality or does anyne know where to get a decent set from

GSF ones are fine. Fitted them to my sisters just before xmas. No issues with them.

 

did you get yours from the shop or ebay

 

Got them from GSF in Leamington.

 

were they 160 like on ebay or more expensive

Much cheaper! I know the manager so he sorted me out.

 

I've had oen the ebay full sets before, from a German supplier can't remember the name, and had no problems with it at all.

The only crap thing was that the antiroll bar drop links were rubber bushes as opposed to the originals which had ball joints. Seemed to handle well with the new set fitted though.

Just make sure you tighten everything up once the car has been dropped back onto the ground or they will wear out again in no time.
