what do people recomend i was thinking of an open cone to the maf but what size would i need?

 

have you tried a panel filter?

 

Whatever size fits in the available space, but bear in mind it won`t give you any power gains, just looks and maybe a little extra induction noise.

 

If your doing it for power dont bother,

just expect to use slightly more fuel lol.

And as stated the panel ones are a better option for your engine tbf.
