hi all! please can anyone advise on the following fault codes engine: 523 - intake air temp sensor (G42) (open or Short to B+) 522 - engine coolant temp sender (G62) (open or short to b+) 519 - manfold absolute pressure sensor (G71) - no signal abs: 793 - brake pedal position sensore -G100 1276 - ABS hydraulic pump -v64 - signal outside specifications thanks
522 - engine coolant temp sender is located on the gear box side of the engine, and is attached to a plastic component with lots of coolant pipes feeding off. Check the wiring is ok. 519 - manifold absolute pressure sensor is located on the large plastic pipe coming out of the air box, about 10cm from the connection of the box towards the driver side wing, check plugged in, wiring ok. Take sensor out and check metal legs of sensor are okay. They're the components I know, have you checked all plugs/wires are okay. Does car run fine at the moment? If so, these are probably old fault codes that just need clearing.
as above get the codes cleared then see if any come back. as for the abs code i had this on mine and it turns out it was just the abs sensors on the hubs not the pump (these are very expensive) so try them first.
