    Its not obsolete from Vw, I bought one last year with the gasket all in and was there in a day. Sorry.

    Hi, that's right, it was available last year but has been made obsolete in September 2012, there is no stock available in the UK any more.

    was only 10 to 12 with the gasket from vw and tps though ;)

    You're right, it was 12.40 + vat approx' but we're not able to get them from TPS or VW any more and are stumping up the money to buy them in bulk from abroad.

    We are able to source some of these now-obsolete bits, but comparing the price with what they used to be from VW is fruitless because we just can't buy them from the regular sources any more. The places we get them from know they're obsolete and price them accordingly.

    Aye I take it you getting them from the US or some place like that
    that's going to bump up the price I see that

    Lucky for me mine is a kr and not a abf
    You can still get the kr one for a few quid

    Quick update on these, first batch of 10 came in and went straight out the door, we have more coming in the next few days (once they've cleared customs)

    Just so you guys know he's right I've rung around all day and no dealer can get these no more! Shame he's doubled the price though

    The price is out of our control at the moment, we tried all over the world to get these and found a few in the US but the people we get them from know they're obsolete and have ramped the prices right up.
