Have air in the abs pump will not come out with pressure/vacuum bleeding so I need to get the pump running what vcds version do I need and what do I run it on ie windows/ version ? Connection lead ? sorry no absolutely nothing about this subject had an MOT failed on brakes below standard DANGEROUS 1995 GTi 8v.
I think any version would do, you could even try a few hard brakes on sand/gravel so abs pump runs, followed by a bleeding procedure. I used on a 96 abs, version 15 or 17, but it does not have abs bleed procedure just some actuator/motor tests.
