How many of you can perform a one armed pull-up???
I remember reading somewhere there is only a small percentage in the whole world that can do it.
I am one of them... But only with my right arm (I wonder why[:$])

Those chinese press ups look impossible! Something to attempt later.
Forget the muay thai ones... Ill snap my wrists.

Golfman - Now that is impressive!
I can only slowly do the "negative" part (climbers apparently are very good at these).

Its realy not that hard. If you can do the 'down' movement slowly, keep practising and you'll be able to do it.

Thinking about it, Ive only had my chining bar a year. When i first used it i couldn't even do one. I used to use my legs to lift me, but keep most of the tension on my arms and shoulders.

I'm okay at pull ups but wouldn't mind being able to do a few more.

***Looks at internet for a chin up bar***

Pretty good bit of kit I'd say... It doubles up as a bar for tucking your legs under when doing sit-ups aswell.
The only downside to chinning is that you'll only ever 'pull-up' your own weight, never any more.
Then again Im (slightly) overweight, which is why I think Im pretty good at chin-ups.

Forget the internet though... I doubt you could beat the price in Argos. 7.50 ish.
Mines lasted a year now, so the quality is good.

with the chinups try on the way down to lock your arms out (might have to bend your legs if your realy tall) & count to say 5 or even 10 then pull your self back up (but not with a jerk, more a controlled lift).

TBH I've never given one armers a proper go.

Can do about 15 reverse grip pull ups with proper form but looking to increase on that.
