I need to buy a new fuel pressure regulator for jenvey 45 dth bodies. Seems to be alot out there.
Any advice for which one to go for? Been looking at sytec, but hear the gaskets or something can fail or lose pressure early?? Also had a look at sard, but there seems to be alot of fakes going about?
I need a good quality and reliable one as I dont want to keep having to replace it.

    Hey David,

What fuel rail are you using?

    Hi Eddie,

The fuel rail is the standard jenvey one. 2 piece with a little bar connecting them. I can post a pic if you like, but im sure you will know the one lol

Actually, there is a pic of it in my thread in members gallery. Was just thinking, theres probably loads of "standard" fuel rails! Lol

I ran a Sytec for a while with no issues, make sure you test the pressure when you fit it, they say they come factory set, yeah right!

Also running a Sytec. Seems ok so far.

I can also vouch for the factory setting being...well, not set! lol

I only have the standard Bosch one for the 1.8T rail. I have 3Bar and 4Bar ones, but I don`t think that`s what he`s after ;)

    Remembered it now!

As was suggested above Sytec FPR is what seems to be popular. I would try to get a fuel guage in there somewhere to ensure you are running the system at the nominal 3.0bar the injector flow is determined at.
