don't think my knees will hold much longer the way i carry on with the hard tail. i like Konas but think the full sus models are a bit heavy and over built, think i'd go with a specialized big hit or patriot, if i had the money it would be a Foes or santa cruz or another exotic
You think thats bad, I was doing big jumps and drops on BMX's for years when I was younger, used to really hurt sometimes if you didnt land right. At least the MTB's have a bit of flex - 20" wheels and tiny overbuilt steel frames dont EDIT: Not to mention we used to run 60PSI in the tyres to stop nipping the tubes... Edited by: smithy
Bloody hell the guy just wants to ride to uni. Stick with what you've got, anything better will just get stolen or scratched and knackered from other people dumping their bikes on top of yours! You've got a perfectly good bike for what you need it for.
