Well, the driver of the saxo is disputing the claim.
He says the driver of the vectra pulled out of a side road and stopped.

I don't think he knows I took a video straight after the accident......
I did that because these kind of chav scum always change their story.

    Bit of an update.

The vectra was a write off, 3K worth of damage and agreed car value of 1.9K.
All the floor underneath and chassis legs were twisted.

The saxo's insurers aren't paying out yet as they're "investigating" the dispute.

Personally I can't understand what there is to investigate.
The video they have show's my mate can't have pulled out of a side road and either way the saxo driver would still be responsible for going straight in the back.

Everytime I have drove past him, I have thought of stopping and pushing him over and giving him a few kicks. Something about him always waving at me freaks me out [:x]

    Another update.
Cops found the saxo driver guilty, 3 points, a fine, and a retraining course.
Still waiting to hear from his insurers.

Good... the court will publish his address, and you can go pay him a little visit and discuss his fibs to the insurance company. And then point out to the cops that his tax was out and get him done for that and his s h i t e y little chav car will be crushed.

Tie him up in the boot before they come to get it, and even if they do find him, then the experience of lying in his own excretions for a day or two will do the little back'n'front some good.

Dear me, where IS all this hostility coming from?!

    Bit of an update.
    Finally closed the case now.
    My mate got 2K
I got 2.25K plus physio and loss of wages.

To anyone involved in a crash in stoke I would highly recommend using Graham Alcock at Lichfield Reynolds solicitors.
