So, I have an Audi throttle body I bought a while back. It's a direct fit onto the DX inlet manifold but it doesn't have an idle adjustment screw.

Any reason why I can't just use the throttle plate stop screw to adjust idle?

Audi eliminated the idle adjustment on the CIS-E Motronic controlled engines. Idle set point done in the Motronic.

Always a pain in if this throttle is transferred to an older K-Jet car. As per Edwin's suggestion through and you will be fine.
