Possibly sourced an Audi WUR for my 1.6 Gti. Its off a 1987 Audi 80 2.2 and the chap wants 20. Is this a good price or should I be looking elsewhere. I have already fitted a digifant spec throttle body for the bigger butterflies and now want the upgraded fuel pressure that Audi WUR supposedly gives. I am presuming that this model of Audi is going to do that?

    Any thoughts appreciated. :)

Well if you don't manage to find your one Gti. I will look for a 16v one too.

well that's sod's law. i do have a spare, but its the wrong one. the one you would want has gotten fitted to my mk1.

i would have swapped them over for you (as the 8v engine in the car now is comming out, so i don't need it), but my dad took the car to the garage to have the engine out this morning, so its a bit late! it'll be a month before i get it back :(.

    sorry m8.

Ok no worries. I could hang on though, not in a major rush to get the Mk1 sorted. Especially with the winter arriving it won't be going out much, can't afford any more rust ;)
