Best tyre size for 9x16 alloys

what tyre size would be best for 9x16 alloys for a G60 mk2.
I have been told either 205/40/16 and 215/40/16 so which should i go for?

 

look into 215/35/16 sp9000s

im running 215/40/16 toyos

 

215's 205's would not look rite on the wheels

 

I went with 195x45x16 and they seem okay I guess.

 

Ive got 215/40s stretched onto the rims.

Its a matter of choice if you want the stretched look or not.

 

On 9-16 , that is dangerouse, you need AT LEAST 215 tires

 

Feck! I've got 195 45 16's on my 7.5 wide RH cups and they are stretched on those! You got a deathwish?

 

195 on a 9" rims is suicide.

and 35 profile are too low for UK roads, you'll bend the wheels in a matter of days.

 

Why not go for mega grip and fit 235's or something wide??
