Best value Springs/Dampers

    Wanted to know what people think is the best quality best value springs and dampers for a mk2 gti. Not interested in going really low, as I want to retain the original feel of the car.

    What is the opinion on original replacement vw parts?

    Sensible ideas as I don't have a bottomless wallet!

    Boge/Sachs kit from GSF 159 + VAT i think.
