Best way to repair swirl pot ?

    So just looking at one of my spare pump assemblies and thinking how to repair it .

    Any ideas I've got a couple but what's the collectives thoughts as these are rare expensive and prone to failure as they hit 30 years old .

    with that snapped nipple I imagine you could ream it a little and insert a metal fitting, just need to research on whats best to bond it in as you want it to stand up to modern fuels

    I have fixed mine with success () it has fuel licks.

    Clean it very good with some sandpaper sand it a little bit then use superglue put a big amount of superglue all arround it the superglue will not dry off so the goal is to sprinkle bicarbonate over the superglue.

    Sprinkle a big amount of bicarbonate, superglue and bicarbonate will produce a chemical reaction toughen itself as a rock.

    Mine is fixxed with this method for some years, and I have never got a fuel licks again.

    I dont know if this could help you with your problem.
