I did an online quote for a VW golf a few weeks ago.
I`m 18 no driving experience, Pass Plus and this is on a 1.8 driver 3D with TPFT. I originally got a quote for 927, pretty damn good eh?
But no, it gets better. I went to revisit my quote today i realised i`d lost my folder number. I phoned up and quoted my actual quote number and the quote they`ve got saved (and which is valid for 12 months) is 771. I told him to go through the quote and it is indeed my exact quote.
My mates are pretty peeved with me, all of them are paying over 1100 on 1.2`s and 1.4`s! I don`t know how this could have happened, and I don`t care I`m simply counting myself VERY lucky!
