hi Guys, I've got the brakes apart on my mk2 16v with the 256mm discs. The slider seals are shot, anyone know where i can get them from? Id be happy to buy the sliders as well if necessary, they are 60mm long in total and 8mm diameter on the shaft. Ive had a look about and non of the ones i can see are the right dimensions, which makes me wonder if mine has the wrong ones in? Thanks in advance
VW still sell them, you'll get the proper slider grease and a new set of bolts with fresh locking compound. you can also get them from ebay and various other places, biggred.co.uk is worth a look they will probably be able to supply you with new pins if you need them also
