Hi guys managed to get some dyno time yesterday and finished trimming fuel and ignition on my eaton'd abf the results were as follows with .6 bar she made 201 bhp@7000 and 205ft/lb @ just over 3000 rpm holding pretty much to the redline. Charge temps stayed about 23deg with a intake temp of 17 ignition advance dialled in at 23 but could have advanced loads more as no det detected. I think thats about the limit of the M45. The car need a lsd now! Btw it hit 200 bhp by about 5500 rpm and holds it to redline am pleased with the results cheers for the advice recieved

You may not have heard det at that spark angle however the engine may already be at MBT so increasing would have no effect.
You 'hit' 200 bhp at 5500 rpm as the engine was achieving around 191 lbft around that point.
and 151 lbft at 7000 rpm.
So your plot for acceleration/tq will ramp high at 205 lbft and slowly decrease to 151 lbft at the power peak.
In a light car that will feel very spirited.

You hit the nail on the head adding more advance had very little effect on power so safety was paramount to the engine.

Charged engine as yours tend to have more than 150lbft @ WOT from as low as 1500rpm.
150lbft is what I tend observe on a fairly optimized NASP ABF engine at 3000 rpm So imagine when all of that is multiplied through the gearbox from idle. Easy to breach wheelslip angles even with a diff!
