Could someone advise what to expect to pay for an Audi A4 1.8t cambelt and wheel bearing, its a 55 plate so a B7 i believe. Its not my car i am just enquiring for a mate, he has been quoted 600 and ive said it sounds mega expensive but he doesnt know a lot about cars so wondered if anyone had ballpark figures i could tell him so he can shop around and not get ripped off.
    Thanks

Ive heard anywhere from 150-250 to do a wheel bearing for a passat. 100-140ish in parts for cambelt and half the front of the car needs to be removed to get access to the belts so that probably sounds about right.
